WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?
I am currently residing in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR LOCAL ORDERS?
Anyone who would like to pick up their order from Mississauga can use the code LOCALPICKUP to waive any shipping fees. If an item already has free shipping such as original paintings and large prints, you can use the code LOCALDISCOUNT to get 5% off your order.
DO PACKAGES HAVE TRACKING?
All original paintings include tracking. Other items will be shipped as per the option you select at check out.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Most orders ship within a few days but please allow up to 20 business days for large prints, up to 10 business for original paintings and up to 5 business days for all other items.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Normally, packages take the following amount of time from shipping date to arrive at the destination:
Canada - 2 to 12 business days
USA - 2 to 6 business days
International - 5 to 12 business days

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED?
Paintings are packaged extremely carefully in a box with thick layers of bubble wrap and paper.
WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES UPON DELIVERY?
In the case of any customs, tax and foreign charges for original artwork, it is the buyer's responsibility.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
I want you to be very happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. I have never had a serious issue with an order, but in the very rare case that there is a problem, returns/exchange for originals are accepted within a certain timeframe.
All other store items such as prints and stickers are final sale.
