WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?

I am currently residing in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR LOCAL ORDERS?

Anyone who would like to pick up their order from Mississauga can use the code LOCALPICKUP to waive any shipping fees.

DO PACKAGES HAVE TRACKING?

All original paintings and large prints include tracking. Other items will be shipped as per the option you select at check out. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Most orders ship within a few days but please allow up to 10 business days for large prints and original paintings and up to 5 business days for all other items.

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES UPON DELIVERY?

In the case of any customs, tax and foreign charges for original artwork, it is the buyer's responsibility. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

I want you to be very happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. I have never had a serious issue with an order, but in the very rare case that there is a problem, returns/exchange for originals are accepted within a certain timeframe.

All other store items are final sale.
