This painting is dedicated to the Black Lives Matter movement.
As I sat in my studio this week, I felt the need to document the black lives matter movement in my artwork. I also wanted to use art to spread awareness and raise money for charity, therefore, 50% of the proceeds from this sale will go to charity supporting BLM.
This clenched fist is a symbol of solidarity and support. It is a salute to express unity, strength, and resistance. The flowers that surround it represent hope, growth and change.
This painting is a one-of-a-kind original artwork created by professional artist Nada Khatib in her studio. This is a handmade item that is new and in excellent condition.
